picked up the brightech halo split for around 85 bucks during one of those quick sales. been using it next to my desk for evening paperwork and it lights up the whole corner without being harsh on my eyes. the rotating head is handy when i switch from laptop to reading chair. only thing is the base feels a tad light on our tile floors but nothing major. anyone else have it in a smaller room?
