Where we ship

We ship within the United States. We do not currently offer international delivery.

Delivery time

Orders are delivered to your door in 2-4 days in the continental United States. Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday are dispatched on the next business day. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories can take longer than the standard window.

We hold stock ourselves rather than drop-shipping, so what the site shows as available is physically on our shelves.

Tracking

You will receive tracking information by email once your order leaves the warehouse. If tracking has not updated for several days, email [email protected] and we will chase the carrier.

Delivery problems

If a parcel arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but you cannot find it, contact [email protected] within 7 days of the delivery date so we can open a claim with the carrier.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately - we can usually correct it before dispatch, but not afterwards.
