We describe our products as accurately as we can. Manufacturers occasionally change packaging or minor specifications without notice, and colours can look different from one screen to another. If what arrives is not what was described, our Return Policy covers you.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in US dollars and may change. Stock is limited to what we physically hold. If an item sells out after you order it we will contact you and refund you in full rather than substitute something else. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we may cancel and refund the order rather than fulfil it, and we will always tell you when this happens.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy, and the contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order - for example where the delivery address cannot be verified, where an order appears fraudulent, or where the destination is outside the United States.
