helinox ones held up on my last two layovers

been bouncing between dallas and la for work the past month and finally bit the bullet on those helinox ones after seeing them pack down so small. paid around 159.95 which felt like a lot until i actually used it in the airport during a four hour delay last week. the high back is legit comfy even in my suit and the side pockets kept my phone and boarding pass from getting lost in the terminal chaos. tossed it in my carry on and it barely took any space next to my anc headphones. only tiny nit is the armrests feel a bit narrow after sitting for a couple hours but honestly i just stood up and stretched. way better than those plastic waiting area chairs or trying to balance on my luggage. thinking about grabbing a second one to leave in the car for hotel balcony mornings.

yeah i grabbed a set too for my train commute last month. they fold up tiny enough to stuff in my work bag without hogging space and the battery easily lasts my whole ride plus the wait at the station. worth it even at that price.
yeah i grab mine for the train ride into the city every morning. folds tiny enough for my bag and the battery still lasts through two full layovers without a charge. solid for the price.
yeah i unboxed my pair last week and the little sack it stuffs into is stupidly well made, like the drawstring doesnt snag or anything. first time setting it up in the terminal felt like cheating how quick it was. glad yours survived the layovers too.
