ticova high back chair in my tiny dorm after midterms crunch

hey yall so i finally caved and grabbed that ticova ergonomic office chair when it dipped to like 65 on a random flash deal, felt like i won the budget lottery tbh. been using it nonstop for late night study sessions here in austin and my back actually feels way less wrecked after a few hours at the desk, the high back really helps when im slouching over notes. only tiny nit is the armrests feel a bit wobbly if you lean hard but kinda expected at that price and its still comfy enough that i dont wanna switch back to my old folding one. anyone else snag one during the sale?

dang that sounds like the perfect setup for pulling those all nighters without your back screaming at you after. im usually up at 5 for morning runs and the last thing i need is my chair messing with my posture before i even hit the trails. glad the flash deal worked out for ya in that tiny dorm, mine gets sweaty quick during study grinds too but the open ear headphones help me stay zoned without total isolation
totally get the dorm life squeeze, i live out of hotels half the year and swapped to a similar high back setup last trip. the way it cradles your lower back after a long coding grind is clutch, especially when your only other option is that sad plastic desk chair. hope the midterms treat you kinder now that youve got proper support
kinda jealous tbh my dorm desk setup is just a folding table rn and my back is wrecked from midterms. that high back sounds like it actually lets you slouch without dying lol did the lumbar part feel weird at first or nah
