stayed at that hyatt near the dallas airport last week and the bed felt like a rock so i threw this 3 inch zinus swirl gel cooling memory foam topper in my carry on. set it up in like two minutes and slept way better than i expected for the price around 60 bucks. the cooling part actually worked during that random heat wave they had and my back didnt scream at me the next morning on the flight home. only nitpick is it shifts a tiny bit if you toss and turn a lot but nothing a quick tug couldnt fix. pretty solid for business travel honestly.

yeah i always pack a thin topper for those early morning hotel runs before flights, my knees hate rock hard beds too. the gel side kept me from waking up all sweaty, nice catch on that one

i was pretty skeptical about memory foam toppers after one went flat on me in under a year but your hotel story made me grab the zinus swirl for an upcoming trip. had my doubts it would pack easy or stay cool enough in a stuffy room but it really did fix the rock hard bed feel. slept through my alarm the next morning. id buy it again for sure next time im stuck at dfw.

i run early mornings and my lower back gets wrecked on those rock hard hotel beds too. tossed my swirl gel topper in the duffel for a quick dfw stop last month and it saved my sleep big time. the cooling actually works when youre still a bit sweaty from the gym, woke up without that usual stiff feeling. nice move bringing it carry on
