got the vertica one for like 315 after the flash deal timer almost ran out on me. showed up two days later in a plain box, no dents on the aluminum corners which was my worry. fits perfect on the f train without banging into everyone, battery pack pocket is handy for my morning commute. only thing is the handle feels a tad stiff still but its early.

man that plain box delivery has me smiling, mine came the same way and i was half expecting some bubble wrap explosion when i cracked it. the aluminum edges look sharp as hell in person, zero dings even after bumping it around my tiny brooklyn hallway. first thing i did was load it up with my camera gear and it balanced perfect on the subway strap. cant wait to take it on a weekend trip and see how it holds up getting tossed in the trunk.

nice score at 315, i was watching the same vertica but held off and grabbed one for 289 with the 25 off code last month. shipping was free both ways for me too so ended up cheaper than your total even with tax. corners look solid on yours, mine had a tiny scuff on the latch but nothing that shows after a week of subway rides. you think its worth grabbing a second one before they bump the base price again?
